While the Bernina Express was an absolute wonderful ride, the tour itself was too long. Too many unnecessary stops. 1 at a café for breakfast, another at a church. If the train doesn't leave until 1pm there is no need for the tour to start at 7am. Too much time is wasted just trying to kill time. Also, I took this tour in November and was very disappointed to discover that St. Moritz was mostly closed. According to our tour guide they always shut down in November for renovations and then reopen in December. If this is a known fact then that is something that should be posted on your website so people can make an informed decision about the time frame that they take the trip.
